Terms of Service

Cratonix AI stores the conversations you export from or sync out of AI assistants, builds a memory bank and a knowledge graph from them, and lets you take that memory to other assistants. It is in private beta: features change, and some are offered to a limited set of accounts. You need an account, with a working email, and you must be at least 16.

Your conversations, your memory bank and everything made from them are yours. You give Cratonix AI Inc.only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your content encrypted, to process it when you ask for a build or switch on Live Sync, and to hand it back to you. We never train on it, sell it, or use it for advertising. Delete any of it, or your account, at any time.

Use Cratonix AI only for conversations that are yours to keep, and only with accounts that are yours. Live Sync works inside your own browser, signed in as you, under the terms of each assistant you connect; keeping to those terms is your responsibility. Do not probe, overload or interfere with the service, and do not try to reach another person’s account or data.

Premium is a monthly subscription that removes the free tier’s limits: Memory Chat without a monthly cap, and Live Sync in both directions. The price is $2.99 a month, charged in advance for each month through Stripe, our payment processor; outside the United States Stripe shows and charges an equivalent in your currency, which may move with exchange rates from one month to the next. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel it.

Cancel any time. From Settings, Premium, Manage billing. Premium stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments already made are not refunded for the part of a month not used, except where the law requires a refund. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you; if it keeps failing, Premium ends.

Promo codes are offered at our discretion, apply only as described when they are issued, and may be changed or withdrawn with notice. A change to the price of Premium applies to you only from a later renewal, and we tell you by email at least 30 days before it does.

The Vault, the memory bank, the knowledge graph and Migrate are free. Free accounts have limits, among them 10 Memory Chat questions a calendar month; the limits are shown where they apply and may change as the product does.

Cratonix AI is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law gives you. We work to keep it available and your data safe, as the Privacy Policy describes, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Cratonix AI Inc.’s liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time; that ends these terms, cancels any Premium subscription at once, and removes your data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

We may change these terms as the product changes; material changes are dated above and emailed to registered users before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where Cratonix AI Inc. is incorporated. Questions go to support@cratonix.ai.
